great video. great explanation. i love a visual explanation.
but what is up with the visual representation of sub prime mortgages? i mean when you are poor it means that you have 3x as many kids/you drink/you smoke?
and it also makes me think of katrina. and how many of those subprime mortgages went to katrina folks stranded in various parts of the country and needed to rebuild a life from scratch? i wonder if there has been any research on the US governments treatment of the katrina folks and how that plays into the credit crisis now?
